Tapping In

Hannah can dance. Many times I have seen her clear an entire dance floor with her exotic rhythm. She paints, she sings and writes. But this year, she decided to get a "real" job as an office assistant. Seven hours at a computer screen, numbers and phone calls to be made. Although she's very good with this, I was noticing a slight change in her personality. Then, one evening she was going to dance and her foot wouldn't move! She panicked, tried again and felt like a stranger in her own body. Boom boom boom boom boom we chanted until the stiffness left her body and she was able to dance again. There was a kink in the hose as though her brain wasn't balanced.
After reading Dr. Laurel Parnell's book, "Tapping In" by Sounds True Publications I am amazed at the ability we have within ourselves to heal. Her techniques are so simple yet so powerful. By tapping on the left and right sides of the body, people have overcome many problems from their past. She recommends thinking of a happy memory and by tapping no more than twelve times, this will empower us to a greater sense of purpose.
I'm all for this! No drugs, no side effects. Like Glenda the good witch told Dorothy, "you had it all along".
